All homeowners pay dues of $230.00 a month - Effective August 1, 2025 dues were amended and increased to $265.00 a month. Dues cover water/sewer fees, weekly trash/recycling pickup, landscaping and maintenance of the common area, common area utilities, snow removal, community pool, street/sidewalk repairs, association bookkeeping, and the monthly newsletter.

Homeowners must have insurance on their units, including the exterior as well as the interior as if they were free-standing, single-family homes. There is no "master policy" for the complex. Quincy Hill does have insurance coverage of all Common Areas, Pool and Clubhouse roof. For reference you can view/download our Insurance Policy Certificate for 2025-2026.
