Quincy Hill Clubhouse and Pool Info

The Clubhouse is used for monthly meetings, and may also be rented by residents for a nominal fee. The Clubhouse is reserved for owners whose dues are current.

The rental fee is $80.00 that can be paid by cash, check or money order. In addition there is a $500.00 deposit, which must be a check and made out to Quincy Hill. The deposit is fully refundable if the Clubhouse is undamaged. There are 22 extra folding chairs and two 6ft folding tables available for use. Before reserving, there is a contract to sign and renters/tenants must have written permission from the owner of their townhouse.

Clubhouse Rules

• Maximum occupancy is 40 persons
• The association is not responsible for alcohol- related incidents. There will be NO parties for anyone under the age of 21 without strict adult supervision.
• Parties must be kept within the confines of the Clubhouse.
• The pool and the common area are for the use of residents and cannot be rented or used by partygoers.
• NO outside tables or chairs allowed.
• NO rearranging or moving the furniture.

Private Pool

Quincy Hill has an outdoor private pool for the use of Quincy Hill residents in good standing only. Good standing means their dues are current.

A new pool key can be obtained from the pool attendant for a $5.00 fee. An owner or renter will need to provide identification as a resident by providing a driver's license or Xcel bill with a Quincy Hill address.
