Association monthly meetings are held at 6:45 PM on the third Tuesday of each month in the
Clubhouse and all residents are welcome to attend. Exceptions are in May, November, and December.

History of Quincy Hill
Building began for Quincy Hill in the Fall of 1981 and finished in August 1985. Management was turned over to the homeowners in October 1983. With the exception of accounting and bookkeeping duties, it is still a self-managed association.
Quincy Hill is a residential covenant-protected townhouse association and is self-managed by a board of directors. There are 240 units on approximately 20 acres of land in south Aurora. All of the units are individually owned and there is no manager onsite.
There are seven board members, all of whom are also resident owners. Board members are voted on every year in a round-robin fashion: For two years, two board members are voted on for a three-year term. In the third year, three members are voted on for a three-year term.
